Since the implementation of the chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school regulations and its implementation measures, the ministry of education has issued a series of normative documents, which have played an important role in strengthening the management of chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools.
The ministry of education has adopted four measures to strengthen the supervision of chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in order to further standardize the order of chinese-foreign cooperation, improve the quality of running schools and promote the healthy development of chinese-foreign cooperation. We will focus on the development of "two platforms" and "two mechanisms".
Education one is relying on the ministry of education foreign supervision information network, chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools to set up the ministry of education management information platform, through the school regulation information bulletin, the implementation of the dynamic regulation of chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. Third, to carry out the quality assessment of chinese-foreign cooperation and establish a quality assessment mechanism for chinese-foreign cooperation;
Fourthly, we should strengthen the responsibility of running schools and administrative departments at all levels, and establish a mechanism for the enforcement and punishment of chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools.
The core of the supervision measures for chinese-foreign cooperative education is to strengthen work management and improve the quality of running schools. It is based on providing more effective administrative supervision and services to scholars of social and foreign cooperation, especially Chinese and foreign cooperative schools.
为进一步规范中外合作办学秩序，提高办学质量，促进中外合作办学更健康发展，教育部目前采取四项措施加强中外合作办学监管。即重点推进“两个平台”和“两个机制”建设。
一是依托教育部教育涉外监管信息网，设立教育部中外合作办学监管工作信息平台，通过办学监管信息公示，实施对中外合作办学的动态监管。并根据需要，向社会和广大就学者提供较全面和可靠的就学指导和服务信息。
二是加强所颁发学历学位证书认证工作，开发中外合作办学颁发证书认证工作平台；
三是开展中外合作办学质量评估，建立中外合作办学质量评估机制；
四是强化办学单位和各级管理部门的责任，建立中外合作办学执法和处罚机制。
中外合作办学的监管工作措施核心是加强工作管理，提高办学质量。并立足于为社会和中外合作办学者，特别是中外合作办学的广大就学者提供更有效的行政监督和服务。
