1. 问：中外合作办学有哪些优势？
答：通过教育部批准或备案的中外合作办学机构和项目，引进了国（境）外优质教育资源，不出国（境）即可获得国际化教育经历。与自费留学相比，节省了家庭教育支出。根据教育部批准或备案文件，学生完成学业后，可全部或部分获得中外双方学历学位证书，外方学历学位证书可获得教育部留学服务中心国（境）外学历学位认证。
2. 问：哪些中外合作办学机构或项目是合法招生的？
答：所有刊登在《2016江苏招生考试报》的中外合作办学机构和项目均是合法招生。经批准的中外合作办学机构和项目的具体信息还可参考教育部涉外信息监管网（网址：http://www.jsj.edu.cn）。我省除江南大学北美学院和苏州大学拉萨尔项目外，其他实施高等学历教育（本专科）的中外合作办学机构和项目均应纳入国家普通高等教育招生计划（即需通过高考招生录取）。具体招生信息请咨询各校招生部门。
3. 问：中外合作办学机构和项目对外方教师授课有何要求?
答：外方教师在境内授课比例应达到该专业全部课程的1/3或以上。中方聘请的外教在外方认可的情况下可以视为外方派遣的教师，主要教授基础课或专业基础课，专业核心课程仍应由外方派遣的教师教授。
4. 问：中外合作办学跨国分段项目，对不出国学生的学籍、学制等问题如何处理？
答：跨国分段项目有两套教学计划，学生自愿选择是否出国学习。例如：本科第四年分出国和不出国两套教学计划，学校将对不出国学生按照中方的学籍、学制要求执行第四年教学计划，在学生完成中方学业的前提下，不会因为学生不出国而延长其在国内的学习时间。相关学校已制定了专门针对中外合作办学学生的学籍管理规定或学生手册，学生入学后应详细了解学校对国际化人才培养的要求。
5. 问：中外合作办学中外方颁发的学历学位证书是怎样的？
答：中外合作办学颁发的中方学历学位证书与本校同专业非中外合作办学学生的证书一致，不标注中外合作办学或其他任何字样。中外合作办学颁发的外国教育机构的学历、学位证书，与该教育机构在其所属国颁发的学位文凭证书一致，并在该国获得承认，不标注中外合作办学、国际、中国或其他任何字样。
6. 问：中外合作办学机构和项目的学费是如何收取的?
答：中外合作办学机构和项目的学费应由中方院校在省物价管理部门办理收费许可证登记手续并向社会公示，在招生简章中标明所有学习费用，包括国外部分的学习费用，不得同时双重收取国内、国外的学费。国内学费标准是整个培养过程的学费（如本科是4年）。公办学校学生出国后不再分国内、国外双重收取学费。
