汽修专业学员正在车间练习

  16岁的非洲小伙儿刘洋,去年6月6日来到中国,直奔济南的蓝翔技校,如今在蓝翔学习8个多月了,刚来时的他对汽车修理一窍不通,如今却已经能蒙着双眼熟练地拆装汽车发动机。最近刘洋看着自己的师兄们毕业后要么自立门户当老板,年收入数十万,要么签约大型国企,工作稳定、生活无忧。这让他很兴奋,他打算三年后学成本领回非洲家乡,开一家汽车修理厂。

  经“贵人”指引非洲小伙慕名来蓝翔

  红布蒙住双眼,一双手在发动机上熟练游走。一手迅速摸索确定螺丝位置,另一只手握着扳手上下翻飞。短短十几分钟,杠杆、轮轴、气缸盖……一个个发动机部件被拆解下来。再一转眼,它们又一样一样迅速各就各位。

  如此精彩的一幕,并非某位经验丰富、技艺精湛的汽修师傅所为。那双手,属于一位年仅16岁的非洲小伙儿刘洋。满打满算,他学汽修还不到九个月。这只是他在蓝翔实训课堂上的一次日常训练。

  “我来自非洲加纳,是受‘贵人’指点来蓝翔的。”刘洋8个月前刚来中国时还只能用手势比划着表达自己的意思,如今用中文与人交流已经基本无障碍。他告诉记者,家中兄弟姐妹很多,父亲是个生意人,工作中结识了从山东临沂到非洲做自行车贸易的一位老板。这位老板看到小刘洋,特别喜欢,希望他将来有个好出路,就建议刘洋的父亲把他送到中国,来山东济南的蓝翔技校学技术,以后能有一技之长。这位老板还为他提供了一笔学费。

  就这样,刘洋成了山东地区技工类院校办学史上的第一位“洋学生”。刘洋告诉记者,他之所以选择汽车维修专业,是因为家乡的汽车数量越来越多。但其中很多是从世界各地流入非洲的二手车,经常需要维修。当地人的汽车维修技术不是很好,会修汽车的人才很紧缺。所以,刘洋的理想就是毕业之后回加纳,开一个汽车修理厂:“回去开厂,生意一定很好。”刘洋说。

  边学理论边实践汽修车间搬进学校

  “刘洋很刻苦,他现在几乎能听懂所有的中文课程,成绩也达到全班中等偏上的水平了。”刘洋所在的汽修专业技师班班长杨万福告诉记者,他们班共有56个学生,除了刘洋这个留学生之外,其他人也来自国内不同省份,年龄最小的14岁,最大的21岁。

  “蒙眼拆装发动机这项本领,并非刘洋的专利,技师班里的多数学生都能做得到。”杨万福说。

  刘洋他们练习发动机拆装的场地,是蓝翔技校为汽修专业学生打造的实践操作教室。记者现场看到,整栋教学楼,每一层都设计成全开敞式空间,看上去完全是一个大车间的模样。教学楼一层停着不同品牌、不同国家生产的各种汽车,这是供学生们模拟整车维修、美容使用的。楼上各层则是不同零配件的维修训练场地。每个学生都有机会与各种类型的汽车打交道,与所有零部件亲密接触、磨合。

  “在蓝翔学习,能够感到学校特别重视对实际操作能力的培养。”杨万福说,学校的教学分理论教学和实操教学。理论教学时,老师在黑板上绘制详细的汽车构造图、原理图,板书系统的理论知识;实操教学时,学校的设备、车型很齐全,美国、日本的车都有。“因为能亲身体验,所以大家的学习热情也很高。”

  给刘洋班级上实践课的老师王新世有着30年的修车经验,他告诉记者,蓝翔教学的一大优势就是学习系统、全面,实践机会多。比如学生们学完汽油发动机的拆装维修

  ,还会学柴油发动机的维修、整车电路控制等。“有的学生毕业当了汽修店老板后,回来告诉我,自家店周边也有别的竞争店铺,但那些店里的人没有经过系统的理论和实践培训,蓝翔的学生短时间就能找出故障的原因,其他人要花很长时间才修好。而且,因为学得全面,蓝翔出来的学生开店,接的活儿一般都比较齐全,综合利润自然比较高。”王新世说。

  还有半年才毕业 全班学生“一锅端”签国企

  蓝翔技校培养出的学生也得到了众多企业的青睐。每年毕业季,都有不少汽车生产厂家、汽车4S店前来“抢人”。最近,学校一个4年制技师班离正式毕业还有半年,全班学生就已经进入中国重汽实习。“实习结束后,如果没什么大问题,愿意留下的学生就可以与重汽正式签约了。”蓝翔技校一位就业负责人告诉记者,每年毕业前夕,企业向蓝翔交定金预定毕业生,已经成了惯例。“不少企业即使交了定金也得排队等,因为学生确实很抢手。”
 

  还有不少学生毕业后选择自立门户。“汽修专业是一个很容易出老板的专业。我们在毕业生回访过程中,就了解到许多汽修专业学生创业成功的例子。”这位负责人说。技工学校的学生不怕吃苦,在一线修车两三年之后,有技术经验、有社会经验,再学习一些成本核算、企业管理等方面的知识,创业很容易成功。蓝翔学校从1984年建校至今,30年培养40万学生,其中通过自主创业,身家几千万、甚至上亿的社会精英比比皆是。

  记者了解到,汽修专业一直是蓝翔的王牌专业,随着汽车市场蓬勃发展,私人汽车拥有量破数亿,《汽车社会蓝皮书》预测10年左右每百户汽车拥有量将达到或接近60辆。不少业内人士认为,依托着日益增长的汽车保有量,汽修行业的发展空间巨大,汽修人才会持续紧俏。
