Chinese police will strictly regulate foreign students' stay in China from 2021. Any of the following circumstances will be refused to approve, resulting in the school will not be admitted. Expired visa, failure to go to the police station for registration outside of residence, illegal work, violation of Chinese law, failure to graduate from Chinese school, transfer to Chinese school, second application for Chinese language study, transfer to study visa for work visa, other problems. Due to the sharing of Internet in China, the above regulations are in effect in all schools and police stations in China.
 
中国警察局从2021年起，严格管理外国学生停留中国情况。凡是有以下情况会拒绝审批，导致学校不录取。过期签证、居住外面没有去警察局登记、非法打工、违反中国法律、中国学校不能毕业、中国学校转学、第2次申请汉语言学习、工作签证转学习签证、其它问题。由于中国网络的共享，以上规定在中国所有学校、警察局有效。
